• Our Doctors! Our practice has six pediatric dentists: Dr. Michelle To, Dr. Lily Chung, Dr. Johnson Wong, Dr. Joseph Park, Dr. Aeen Aflaatuni and Dr. Arin Haghverdian. Each has completed rigorous training in the pediatric dentistry specialty, following his or her dental degree, at the most prestigious programs in the country. They are highly skilled, resourceful, and committed to providing every child with gentle and effective care. Dr. Roger Lim, our orthodontist, has more than 20 years of experience creating functional, beautiful, and natural-looking smiles. He designs each patient’s treatment plan to address long-term needs, and emphasizes efficiency and comfort for the best experience.

The Smiling Sea staff, both clinical and front office, are well trained and accommodating, and they all believe it’s important to maintain a fun and positive atmosphere, where children feel at home. Our staff is always available to answer questions, help with insurance or scheduling, and make sure patients (and parents!) feel secure.

• Our Environment! We have designed our office to be child-friendly and engaging, from the salt-water fish tanks in the reception area to plenty of age-appropriate toys and games. We have child-sized treatment chairs and use specially designed tools that fit comfortably in smaller mouths, as well. The space is so much fun that many times our patients don’t want to leave!

• Our Focus: Our doctors and staff believe in preventive care to keep dental issues from starting. We provide a lot of useful and practical home dental hygiene guidance, to help parents as they teach their children to develop healthy habits. Every family and each child has their own unique concerns, so we tailor the education to address the individual needs.
